Lake Grove Park

Lake Grove Park, once called the Municipal Outlet Beach & Park, is located at 2 Fair Street in Auburn. The park has picnic tables, gazebos, an accessible playground and grills. Lake Grove park is open to the public, free of charge, from 7:00AM - 8:00PM. 

In the summer months, Auburn’s Park Ranger team is stationed at Lake Grove Park from 10:00AM-6:00PM daily! Hours do vary with holidays and weather. Once public schools reopen for the 2026-2027 school year, the Park Rangers will be on-site Saturdays only from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Park Rangers run our Recreation Station, which is filled with games and activities (such as cornhole) that are free to use while at the park. The Rangers also have canoes, paddle boats and life jackets at the park for use when they are on duty.

Please note: Swimming at Lake Grove Park is still “at your own risk” – our Park Rangers are not lifeguards.
