Business Licensing & Special Event/Mass Gathering Permits:

  • Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
  • FOOD TRUCKS: Please apply as "FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT" and select "MOBILE VENDING UNIT". 
  • VENDORS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF AUBURN:  Please enter "60 COURT ST, AUBURN ME 04210" where it asks for address/parcel.
• Application for Waiver of License Fee for Non-Profit & Charitable Organizations 
• Sole Proprietor & Business Partnership Applications (DBA)

Marijuana Licensing:

Dog Licenses

• Online Dog Licensing Purchasing & Renewal Service - Opens October 15 and closes January 31. 
• In-person dog licensing also available at Auburn Hall. $6.00 for altered; $11.00 for non-altered.

Vehicle Registrations

• ATVs, Boats, Cars, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Trailers, & Trucks

RENEWALS of vehicles and trailers can be processed through Rapid Renewal OR please bring in the following paperwork for processing in the Tax Office:

• Previous registration
• Proof of current insurance- VIN number must be included
• Current mileage

FIRST TIME REGISTRATIONS must be processed through the Tax Office.  Please bring in the following paperwork:

• Dealer Sales: Blue title application, dealer invoice/bill of sale, proof of current insurance, window sticker (brand new vehicles)
• Private Sales: Previous owner's title (vehicles 1995 & newer) signed by previous owner, bill of sale, proof of current insurance
