Parks

Auburn is home to more than a dozen parks and all of them are managed by the Public Works Department. Auburn's parks are open to everyone and many have seating areas, playground equipment and of course, green space!

Did you know that the Public Works Department manages more than 500 acres of land throughout the city? This extensive network of parks also includes connecting ponds and/or rivers. The Public Works Department also maintains many special-use facilities for activities such as movies in the park, festivals, baseball and skating just to name a few.
