Auburn Hall CLOSED Thursday

Auburn Hall will be CLOSED tomorrow (Thursday, 04/04/24) due to the winter weather headed this way. This will be a remote work day for members of our staff who have the ability.

Please note that many city services are available online at www.auburnmaine.gov. This is expected to be a significant snowfall event, Auburn, so PLEASE stay safe and stay off the roads.

TRASH COLLECTION will take place as scheduled tomorrow, however residents are asked NOT to place recycling curbside tomorrow! If it doesn’t blow away then it will be rejected at the recycling facility as contaminated. So, please HOLD your recycling until your next collection day or drop it in the bins on Gracelawn Road (near PW) after the storm is over.

WARMING CENTERS: The Lewiston Warming Center has adjusted their hours and will be opening at 5:00PM today (Wed.) and will remain open through the storm. The Auburn Senior Community Center will be open on Friday from 9:00AM - 2:00PM for Auburn residents without power who may need to warm up & charge devices.
